π Enrolment is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note, only 4 participants per registration. Aged 16 and up. No waitlist available.

Our program aims to equip participants with essential kitchen skills including safety, food preparation, ingredient costing, and nutrition. We’ll guide you through preparing snacks, breakfast, lunch, and supper over three enriching classes.
π₯¦ Each class will focus on one or two recipes, delving into costs, required utensils, and smart shopping choices. We’ll emphasize the importance of nutritious meals and how they impact daily performance.
