ASNL Pre-Employment/Employment Programs
Transitions (Ages 18+) – The Transitions Program aims to identify the strengths and interests of participants as they take part in employment and meaningful community involvement beyond high school.
Employment Works (Ages 15+, no longer in High School) – EW is designed for individuals who want to enter or return to the workforce, and who are interested to developing and practicing the skills needed for successful employment.
STEP – Students Transitioning into Employment and Post-Secondary (Ages 16-21) – Year-long program designed for high school students to build self-awareness and skills through structured learning sessions and volunteerism with the ultimate goal of identifying appropriate employment or post-secondary choices upon school leaving.
