On April 30 Powell’s in Bay Roberts presented ASNL with a donation of $13,750. During the Christmas season, Powell’s sister company Atlantic Grocery Distributors, was the exclusive distributor of the discontinued mint and orange flavours of Moritz Icy Squares thanks to their vendor Regal. With Regal’s support, Powell’s committed to donating a portion from the sale of each tub of Moritz Icy Squares sold at all Powell’s Supermarket and Value Grocer locations in NL. This donation supports ASNL services and programs throughout the province including Powell’s home of Conception Bay North.
