My birthday is coming up\, and I’ve had so much fun spending time with you at all the events we’ve had over the last year\, I wanted to invite you to my BIRTHDAY PARTY!!!\nDate: Sunday\, April 21st 2024\nTime: 2: 00 – 3:00 pm\nLocation: Southlands Community Centre\, 40 Teakwood Drive\, St. John’s NL\nWhat to expect:\nEVERYONE IS INVITED – Yes\, that means you (and your supportive people) too!!! This is an event for all ages\, and this party is not just for me – I want to celebrate with our ASNL Community! Care Giver accompaniment is required for my friends age 10 and under. We’ll have access to all the amazing play equipment and the multipurpose lobby space at Southlands Community Centre between 2:00 and 3:00 pm on Sunday\, April 21st. Loot bags will be available for the first 40 friends to RSVP to the party\, so be sure to fill out this form (https://forms.office.com/r/0KVrr6TNgT) to RSVP letting me know how many loot bags to set aside for you! We can accept more than 40 guests\, however after the first 40 RSVP’s\, no more loot bags will be available. We will not have balloons\, or any decorations\, but cake will be provided (and if you’d like to bring your own allergy safe snacks\, that is ok too)!!\nPresents are not expected\, only your presence (but if you feel strongly compelled to bring a gift\, we’ll graciously accept donations towards ASNL’s Physical Art Troupe)! \nI can’t wait to celebrate with you!

DESCRIPTION:ASNL has collaborated with Perfectly Centered Gymnastics to offer an OPEN GYM TIME gymnastics program once per month. This program will include a sensory friendly environment where participants can come and enjoy physical activity in a safe\, neuro-affirming environment. \nThe goal of this program is for participants to have FUN being themselves\, interact with friends\, and build confidence! \nApril 19\, 2024\, 530pm-630pm  \n\nLocation: 44 Hardy Ave\, Grand Falls-Windsor NL A2A 2P9 \nASNL’s new Rec Coordinator\, Elissa Chippett\, will be in attendance along with the Perfectly Centered program staff. \n  \nCost is $5 per participant. Parents or support people are asked to stay on site while the program is in session.

There will be two rooms set up for group\, one with a variety of board games and card games available\, there will be tables for both solo and group play. The other room has two TVs that participants can connect the ASNL switch or their own switch to.
